Position available in our new office in Liverpool area and based in Maghull.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with housing disrepair claims and in particular, dealing with litigated cases.
As well as handling your own caseload, you’ll be managing a team; therefore, the supervisory experience would be an advantage, but not essential. Alternatively, the role would suit someone looking for that next step.

The position is in our new office based in Maghull, Liverpool.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Housing Disrepair Paralegal.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience dealing with housing Disrepair claims, with experience in dealing with pre-litigated cases as well as litigated cases.
As well as handling your own caseload, you’ll be responsible for supporting solicitors by performing administrative tasks which require the knowledge of legal terms, procedures as well as documents. This role would suit someone looking for that next step in their career.
