He holds a Master’s in Law from the UK and a Bachelor’s in Law from India. Timescale:

No two for conveyancing transactions are the same and therefore timescales can, and do, vary. However, the usual estimate is approximately 6-8 weeks for a freehold and up to 12 weeks for a leasehold from receipt/issue of Contracts. This is only a broad estimate and is reliant on:
