There is no gatekeeping, any messages left will be dealt with by the conveyancer by close of business the same day and correspondence dealt with replied to within 2 working days of receipt.

We always try to communicate in a simple way, without an overload of legal jargon. Unfortunately, this isn’t always possible, so when the need arises these will be explained to you in full.

Timescale:

No two for conveyancing transactions are the same and therefore timescales can, and do, vary. However, the usual estimate is approximately 6-8 weeks for a freehold and up to 12 weeks for a leasehold from receipt/issue of Contracts. This is only a broad estimate and is reliant on:
